RÉSUME,
This study set out to analyze English Teaching materials and their impact on learners' performance with a particular focus on Cup of Tea. The sudy was conducted on P4 and P5 English learners and teachers t Ecole Belge Burundi. Using a questionnaire, an english written test, and classroom observation, the resultas reveal that there is a high performance mainlu in listening and speaking skills. Moreover, the course book Cup of tea encapsulates an integrated design, flasgeards that allow the development of the four macro skills, and is well-suited to the targeted category of learners. It was also found that there is a positive relationship between the program itself and learners' performance in the test. Anumber of recommendations were made towards the decision makers.
