The topic on The impact of the linguistic environment on learning english language in some primary schools of Isare commune. This study attempted to find out the role of linguistic environment in developing the english language skills of the pupils of primary schools. Researchers showed that it is easy to learn a language at an early age. For instance Brumfit et al(1991:7) support the idea by saying that children's brain is more adaptable before puberty than after, and that acquisition of a language is possible without self-consciousness at early age.

However,unsatisfactory results are observed in the English course to the students from primary to secondary schools. This weakness of students observed in the English course incited me to look for the causes in the direction of the linguistic environment and then examine whether the learners have enough settings of English practice and at the same level. However, due the limited means the study took place in Isare commune and concertrad on nine primery schools per twenty seven existing in that commune. Pupils and teachers of sixth form of primary schools are the population concerned with my work. Questionnaires for teachers and students with the class observations were the instruments used to get results related to my topic. Meeting pupils and their teachers on the field helped me follow with interest the english lesson teaching,it helped me also hand and collect questionnaires; answers of the completed the results of class observation.
