RESUME
This work discusses the issue of family in the eyes of Victorian period. It reveals the domestic situation of most Victorian families. It painstakingly depicts the predicaments of the deplorable living conditions which cause family life unbearable and difficult to them. This work aims at awakening the workers to avoid exploitation which is the duty of most Victorians families. Besides, this work, aims at inciting middle class to take a stand against exploitations and injustices. Written against the background of Marxist theories the work settles on the assumption that the middle class is injured in Victorian period. At the end, this work examines the consequences of upbringing which may affect their children later in their adulthood.
