RESUME,

Our study titled :" study of ecological Factors influencing ceryle rudis fishing in lake Tanganyika" was conducted for a period of two months (from september to October 2016) at the Bujumbura Nautical circle modeled on HAKIZIMANA et al.2002 (HAKIZIMANA ET AL.2011).A total of 12 trips were made for six trips per month. The overall objective was to determine the effect of pollution on the C rudis fishery. The study consists mainly of collecting data on C rudis hunting, determining changes in C.rudis hunting after fourteen years, and determining the relationship between changes in C.rudis hunting and water pollution of lake Tanganyika.
The inventory results in 21% observations from perches for our results against 55,6% for HAKIZIMA ET al.(2011),31,2% from single lifts for our results versus 27,8% for HAKIZIMANA et al 5( 2011)..The inventory gives a high observation rate for HAKIZIMANA et al (2011) after direct dives while this this rate is high for our results after repeated sustantations. This could be due to the pollutin of lake Tanganyika which decreases the transarency of the water, thus preventing C.rudis from vizualizing its prey.

The variation of the observations and catches depends on the nature of the dives but also the times of the dat.Our results show that the C.rudis made 43 dives and 19 successes by direct dive,64 dives and 28 successes by single lift,98 dives and 55 successes by respeated sustenance, the constant thing is that C.rudis succeeds better his dives after repeated sustenance. Also the high averages of observation are observed in the middle at the end of the day.
The recommandations are aimed at putting in place a self-cleaning system for the sewage that must flow into lakes and rivers,to ensure the strict enforcement of laws related to fishibg in lage Tanganyika.
